1. Geschwindigkeitsempfehlung:
Nahe-End-Extrusion: innerhalb von 50 mm/s mit Rückzug, 60 mm/s ohne Rückzug.
Distale Extrusion: innerhalb von 20 mm/s ohne Rückpumpen, 30 mm/s ohne Rückpumpen.
2. Schnittvorschläge:
Streben nach Weichheit: keine Füllung, Wandstärkenkontrolle bei 0,8 mm bis 1,2 mm für beste Wirkung.
Streben nach Elastizität und Härte: offene Füllung bis 5 ~ 15%, Wandstärke größer oder gleich 1,2 mm
3. Flexible Anpassung: Die Abkühl- und Aushärtungszeit der flexiblen Verbrauchsmaterialien ist langsamer. Je größer das Modell ist, desto schneller kann der Druck erfolgen. Die empfohlene Druckgeschwindigkeit beträgt 10 mm/s.
4. Flexible Seidenverbrauchsmaterialien sind nicht zum Drucken einiger Hohlräume geeignet und haben eine zu stark überhängende Struktur des Modells
5. Nicht geeignet für den Druck über die größeren Modelle, je höher die Größe, desto mehr Düsenschnitte und Wackeln treten in der oberen Struktur auf
