Was ist SUNLU Easy ABS?
Wir haben das Verhältnis zwischen den dreien (Acrylnitril, Butadien, Styrol) angepasst und der Mischung ein wenig SUNLU-Weisheit hinzugefügt.
Während Härte und Säure- und Laugenbeständigkeit gleich bleiben, hat SUNLU die Hitzebeständigkeit leicht reduziert.
Das Ergebnis ist eine minimale Drucktemperatur von 225 °C und eine minimale Erwärmung der Grundplatte von 70 °C.
Aber E-ABS behält immer noch die geringe Spannung, die es haben sollte: keine Risse, keine Verformungen!
Beschreibung:
1. Zum Drucken ist kein Vorratsbehälter erforderlich, es kann ein offener Drucker verwendet werden!
2. Geringe Schrumpfung, Druckmodelle verziehen oder reißen nicht!
(Hinweis: Durch das Drucken der unteren 10 Quadratzentimeter über dem Modell kann die Temperatur der Grundplatte auf 80 bis 90 Grad steigen.)
3. Sehr geringe Geruchsentwicklung beim Drucken
4. Filament muss nicht trocknen, sehr geringe Auswirkungen durch Feuchtigkeit
5. ausgewogene physikalische Eigenschaften, hohe Festigkeit, gute Zähigkeit
