SUNLU ASA Filament is a high-performance 3D printing material designed for outdoor use. It offers exceptional weather resistance, effectively withstanding UV rays, rain, and high temperatures, ensuring it remains fade-resistant and shape-stable even after prolonged exposure to outdoor conditions.

With its high strength and excellent toughness, ASA is both durable and resilient, making it ideal for parts or structures that must endure long-term external stress.

Achieve flawless ASA prints with SUNLU’s expert-tested guidelines:
Temperature Control: Optimize nozzle temps between 250–280°C for smooth flow without oozing.
Adhesion Mastery: Use a 90–110°C heated bed with a glue stick or PEI sheet to eliminate warping.
Speed & Cooling: Recommend printing at a nozzle temperature of 250-260°C, printing speed of 50-100mm/s; temperature of 260-280°C, printing speed of 100-200mm/s, bed temperature of 80-120°C(176-248°F).
